The garage door opened slowly. The only light in the pitch black room coming from the little side hallway that connected the living room to the garage, and from within the door frame of that small hallway was the silhouette of a person. The shadowy figure's eyes scanned the room for any sign of life before their lips curved into a devious grin. Slowly making their way into the dark room while closing the door behind them the intruder could instantly tell the difference in temperature. It was cold compared to the comfortable warmth from the rest of the house, but no matter. It would all be worth it once it was all over.
Sneaking through the darkness of the chilly garage. The suspicious person had to bite their lip as a muffled cry of pain tried to escape through them while a loud clanging noise filled the air. If only their night vision had kicked in by now they probably wouldn't have whacked their leg against the side of a motorcycle parked in the center of the small room. The stranger's temper forced a response though as the sound of another clang followed by a crashing sound filled the air of the garage as the bike fell over from being kicked. The shadowy figure's eyes went wide as their body tensed up The expression on their face cringed with the fear of being discovered. Seconds passed by as their heart raced until they let out a relieved breath after a few minutes had passed by. By this time the intruder's night vision had begun to kick in, and it wasn't long until they had found exactly what they were searching for. Clapping their hands together and letting out a small squeal of excitement as they cautiously made their way closer to the large pile on a small wooden table.
"I knew you couldn't resist." A soft, accusing voice rang out from the other side of the large, automatic door that connected the small room to the drive way. Instantly the sound of the door rising could be heard.
"W-Who's there?" The shadowy figure's voice was full of panic as they could see from the full moon outside the silhouette of someone or something standing just on the other side of the door. Only to be met with a pair of fierce ice blue eyes, and long golden blonde hair that shone in the silvery moon light.
"Trying to ruin the spirit of this holiday season! An unforgivable person like you is NOT an ally of Justice! It seems that you will need to be punished." The blonde girl said in a harsh voice that caused the intruder to become more and more frozen with absolute terror. Which forced them to stumble backwards as she spread her feet apart and brought her fists up to the right side of her head. Was it a fighting stance? The person couldn't tell as the sound of the girls fists tightening within the fingerless leather gloves she wore filled the room.
"Hen..." The girl spoke in a lower and more intimidating voice as her right arm moved down to her waist as the left moved across her body. "Shin!" She finished as she raised and pointed both arms to the right within an instant.
"S-She's transforming?" The shadowy figure's voice shook in a mixture of panic and fear before a right and white light blinded them momentarily. When their vision came back they could only stare blankly at the figure who was now in front of them.
"Kamen Rider BLACK!" The girl said in a slightly deeper and more commanding voice as she posed in order to increase the effectiveness, and strike more terror into the heart of her opponent.
"ALL YOU DID WAS PUT YOUR BIKE HELMET ON!" The shadowy figure's voice roared in response. "Geez Nee-san you scared the crap out of me."
"That's your own fault Kasumi." Tsubu's soft and serious voice mixed with a sigh as she took off the helmet. "You really shouldn't have treated my bike with such abuse." She continued as her icy blue eyes solemnly looking at her fallen motorcycle before glaring at her younger sister. "Besides you promised you wouldn't try to peek this year."
"But Nee-san Christmas is only a couple days away. One peek isn't going to hurt anything." She grinned while grabbing one of the boxes to shake as she pressed her ear against it just to softly put it down a second later as she could see her older sisters cold, disapproving glare on her. "Alright. I get it. I'll wait." She sighed in defeat as Tsubu placed a hand on her shoulder.
"That wasn't too hard now was it?" She patted her younger sister on the back before the two moved to head back inside. Kasumi looked back at the large pile of gifts longingly as her older sister pushed the large button on the wall that closed the automatic door.
"By the way." A chill went through Kasumi's body as Tsubu's soft voice filled the deadly silence. "Consider this time a warning. Next time I won't be as nice." She spoke with her back to the younger girl as she opened the hallway door and exited the garage.
Her older sister could be extremely scary sometimes.
